ODOR on-line
Gaschromatograph to detect sulphur components and to measure the odorant level
ODOR on-line
Gas chromatograph to determine odorants and natural sulphur loadings. The gas chromatographic measuring method enables all sulphuric substances to be separated so that these can then be determined individually. Thus in contrast to hand-held measuring devices, cross-sensitivities are excluded. The measuring procedure conforms to DIN 51855/7 and to ISO 19739 (ISO 6326 T2).
ODOR on-line is recommended by DVGW in its G280 as the reference process for odorant control applications!
The following substances can be measured:
- THT and other sulphides
- TBM
- Sceninel® E, Spotleak® and other mercaptan mixtures
- Ethylmercaptan (generally used to odorise liquid gas)
- H2S
Stationary deployment for on-line measurements:
- Automatic calibration
- Automatic refill equipment for the detector
- Incl. remote transmission 4-20mA
- Remote servicing possible using PC Anywhere
- Manual injection of gas samples possible
Mobile deployment in a measuring vehicle:
- 12V operation possible
Modern control and evaluation by PC:
- User friendly software interface
- Compilation of reports conform to ISO/DIN
- Details under ODOR control
Options:
-
Electronic carrier gas regulation
