The Agitator Module allows simultaneous agitation and incubation of samples. Inside this module are six positions for 20 mL vials. The temperature range is 40–200 °C. The stirring speed is 250-750 rpm. Adapters for 2-mL and 10-mL vials are available. Customized inserts for individual vial sizes can be made by Axel Semrau.

Other modules are also suitable for mixing samples: Strong mixing up to 2,000 rpm is possible with the Vortex Mixer. The Heatex Stirrer Module provides powerful mixing and simultaneous heating.
